Senior Support Worker
Conkers is a lively and welcoming 7 bed residential home for Young Adults who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. We are looking for some amazing new people to join our team. Please read the full job description before applying for this role.
Our goal is to ensure the people we support live as independently as possible and have access to community activities. As a staff team we often say "today has to be the best day of their lives".

As a Senior Support Worker at Conkers, your role will be as varied as the adults we care for, but day to day duties will include:
* Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
* Promoting personcentred, high quality care
* Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
* Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation including care plans
* Administering and auditing medication(s)
