Hazaar is the first marketplace built exclusively for students. We help students shop brands they love at prices that don’t drain their student loans by partnering with student-loved brands and curating drops from excess stock, great products that just need a re-love. Our partners include Oh Polly, Ed Hardy, Saucony and more.
Students aged 17–25 live on social media, so this is our most important growth channel. We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to own our social presence end-to-end and turn content into community, hype and sell-out drops.
Social Media Manager
What you’ll do
* Own and manage Hazaar’s social media presence end to end, including strategy, execution and reporting
* Build and run the social media content calendar, aligning key cultural moments, student-specific dates and brand launches
* Lead content creation for Hazaar’s owned channels, building community, showcasing behind-the-scenes moments, and reinforcing our “for students, by students” positioning
* Plan and execute high-impact brand and product launches on social, driving excitement and sell-out drops
* Build and manage a student ambassador program and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and launches
* Develop and execute collaborative social campaigns with brand partners
* Ensure all social content resonates with the student audience, maintaining a relatable, supportive “big sister” tone and delivering value at every touchpoint
* Track and report on social performance
* Work closely with the brand and marketing team, content creators, and brand partners to ensure strong alignment and execution

* You have a fashion background and love fashion
* You’ve been to university and understand student life inside out
* You’re a natural community builder and strong communicator
* You create standout, engaging content yourself
