We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who’s ready to make a real impact. This isn’t just another TA role as you’ll be at the center of how we scale our Tech & Product teams, working closely with senior leadership and directly influencing the growth of the business. As a fast-growing company, hiring the right people is one of our biggest priorities, and this role will have high visibility, ownership, and impact on the business.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team of 10+ recruiters by setting the pace, raising the bar on quality and delivery, and actively coaching and developing the team to unlock their full potential
* Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, challenge thinking where needed, and ensure we’re aligned with business priorities
* Driving creative and effective sourcing strategies, from hands-on direct search and talent mapping to employer branding and market insights that keep us ahead of the competition
* Owning performance and outcomes. Tracking key metrics, identifying gaps, and continuously optimising how we hire to improve speed, quality, and experience
* Building smarter, faster, and more scalable ways of working, constantly evolving our processes, tools, and approach as we grow
