The appointment supports growing client demand across key sectors including retail, technology, sports, healthcare, and financial services, with a strong emphasis on non-contentious matters.
Responsibilities
* Working on UK-wide and cross-border transactions both commercial and data .
* Be involved in assisting with complex commercial contracts such as supply, distribution, outsourcing, and IP agreements, as well as supporting work on R&D, confidentiality, franchise, and licensing arrangements.
