We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Store Manager for our Eastleigh store. You will focus on achieving the Company objectives by providing excellent customer service, maximizing sales and KPIs and establishing and maintaining efficient methods of operation in order to maximize profitability.
Required Experience:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management role.
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Business related qualification.
* Working with store KPI’s and towards store targets.
* Visual merchandising and commercial awareness to impact business knowledge.
* Flexibility to include evenings and weekends.

* Customer service focused
* Adaptable with a ‘can do’ attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
