Location: Heathrow Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 6am – 5pm About the position: To carry out all duties related to the rework, reprocessing and repacking process within an assigned area, and as instructed by operational management. To include, but not exclusively, accurate product labelling, inking and packing, stock management, housekeeping and the maintenance of a safe working environment. These duties are to be conducted in a professional manner whilst ensuring that the agreed daily targets and KPI objectives are met whilst conforming to all Health and Safety requirements. Key Tasks and Responsibilities will include: Unpacking, re-labelling, inking and repacking of products destined for other countries Ensure accuracy in all the process to ensure compliance with the customer requirements for that country. Processing and putting away stock delivered to the warehouse in a safe and timely manner Picking and packing outbound stock orders as per the customer requirements through manual and/or system processes Processing outbound orders including system requirements, marshalling, and wrapping and strapping appropriately To attend regular meetings/briefings before the start of each shift To follow all health and safety guidelines and policies to maintain a safe working environment To maintain a clean working environment and to complete housekeeping activities in the warehouse where necessary or where instructed to do so by the operational management To complete any activities required in the depot yard as deemed necessary by the operational management in order to fulfil customer contracts To ensure the safe use of correct Personal protective clothing as appropriate to the role and specified by Health and Safety regulations and the operational management To maintain efficient communication with other team member, operational management and where necessary, the customer and the other internal departments and external suppliers Any other duties required by the operational management About you: The ideal candidate will be educated in Maths and English (oral and written) to GCSE, Standard Grade or equivalent; grade A-C and be able to demonstrate highly competent computer skills in all areas of Microsoft office. Skilled in the operation of material handling equipment FLT licence / Counter Balance General awareness of Health and Safety requirements within a warehouse environment / able to assess risk Self-motivated, tenacious, flexible/adaptable. Integrity, Diligence, Team player Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales.
