Your new role
As an experienced and qualified Management Accountant, you will be leading the day-to-day delivery of meaningful management accounting information. Working closely with key stakeholders, your ability to concisely and accurately deliver the timely and quality preparation of management information for the group. This includes management accounts, budget variance analysis, budget profiling and reforecasting and financial regulatory returns. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of all the Group’s accounting records in line with statutory obligations and current accounting requirements. This position also oversees an Assistant Management Accountant. Working partially from home and in the office at least 2 days per week, you will be joining a friendly and collaborative teammitted to excellence in a busy environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an aplished management accountant,mitted to delivering accurate financial information, recognising the importance of collaboration and operating effectively as part of a professional and focused team. You will have demonstrable experience contributing to the development of your service area’s operational plans and ensuring their delivery, including budgets, service improvement plans and key performance indicators, related initiatives and key milestones. Yourmunication skills with key stakeholders will need to be engaging and informative, and you will enjoy working within a diverse and inclusive environment.
