About The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will be involved in caring for residents in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your role will include planning and delivering personalized care, supporting residents' independence, and maintaining high standards of care. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, assist with activities and medication, and build strong relationships with residents and their families.
Qualifications and Skills
* Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
* Experience in person-centered care planning and caring for people with dementia
* Positive attitude, good communication, and time management skills
* Kindness and consideration in all interactions
