Job Title: Behaviour Support/Mentor Location: Dinnington (S25) Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time Do you have the patience and resilience to support pupils with challenging behaviours? GSL Education are working with schools in Dinnington (S25) to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Support/Mentor to provide consistent guidance and positive role modelling. In this role, the Behaviour Support/Mentor will work with pupils to improve engagement, develop social skills, and support emotional regulation in a structured and supportive environment. Prime Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with behavioural needs. Assist with implementing behaviour strategies and positive reinforcement. Work one-to-one or in small groups to support pupils’ social and emotional development. Collaborate with teaching staff and pastoral teams to monitor progress. Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Behaviour Support/Mentor or in a similar role. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
