Role/ Job Title: Lead Regulatory Reporting Business: Wholesale Operations Function/ Department: Governance and support Services Place of Work: Mumbai Job Purpose As part of the Compliance Testing team, the role bears the responsibility of Leading the Organization’s change agenda from Regulatory reporting & Reviewing New Product/ Process Operation Risk Management documents and make it relevant for the TOP MANAGEMENT of the bank to make the final decision. The role also requires a high degree of interpersonal skills to get resolution on time within tight deadlines, anticipation of issues from changes in process or regulations. Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring compliance with sanctions rules and regulations across all applicable sanction regimes. Process Governance over regulatory reporting including management of Regulatory inspections and ad hoc requirements. Responsible for ensuring compliance to AML guidelines for transaction banking within operations through dynamic transaction analytics. Working with Senior Management/other departments as required projects requiring coordination across departments. Person will have to demonstrate a capability to successfully implement projects in challenging timeline. An Ideal Candidate Should Possess Leading the Organization’s change agenda from Regulatory reporting and entity screening Perspective with Internal and external stake holder engagement Reviewing New Product/ Process Operation Risk Management documents and make it relevant for the TOP MANAGEMENT of the bank to make the final decision. Drive timely mitigation and implementation of new products, process and regulations across WBO with respect to Screening and Regulatory reporting requirements Drive implementation of multi departmental projects across WBO delivering high operational efficiency in terms of scalability and cost saves without compromising on process controls. Work closely with business / support units to effectively manage operational risk in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements. Benchmark certifications in the field of data management and sanctions screening would be an added advantage. Ability to interpret situations arising out of products which would lead to errors so as to effectively mitigate and maintain a clean audit is an added advantage.
