In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of data tasks, including magazine mailing runs, data analysis, maintaining CRM systems and various technical tasks across other software, allowing you to harness your passion for technology and data while developing valuable skills in areas such as GDPR, analysis and software support. With extensive on-the-job training and the potential to undertake a Data Analyst apprenticeship, this position offers a dynamic environment for professional growth and development.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A levels or equivalent
* Proven problem-solving, administration, and communication skills
* Excellent organisational & analytical skills
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team
Key responsibilities
* Adapt and respond to changing business needs using data and software
* Perform high-accuracy data analysis and manipulation
* Work as a team to maintain the departmental workflow and achieve deadlines
* Offer technical support to users via an internal ticketing system
Skills required
* Detail-orientated with a commitment to high quality work
* Willingness to learn and adapt to ever-changing media landscape
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organisation
* Problem-solving/analytical skills
* Simplify complex issues for clear internal communication
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and readiness to learn other systems
