Duties And Responsibilities

The Projects Control Engineer (GDi) is essential in supporting our offshore Operations Team by ensuring robust project planning, scheduling, and cost management.


Functions

* Develop and maintain project schedules in line with company and client requirements.
* Monitor and report progress against baseline plans, highlighting risks and variances.
* Track and forecast project costs, commitments, and expenditures.
* Prepare regular reports for both internal management and client distribution.
* Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and to support delivery.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and cost control processes.


Supervisory Responsibilities

* This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Reporting Relationship

* Reports to Senior Manager, Operations.


Qualifications

REQUIRED

* Relevant experience in project planning
* Relevant experience in cost control
* Solid understanding of cost management principles.
* Strong Excel and reporting skills.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

* Proficient in planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
* Excellent communication and organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Motivated team player with attention to detail and commitment to delivery.
