* Business Growth: Strategically identify and manage new business opportunities to grow the Blood Sciences product range and protect market share.
* Consultative Selling: Build strong customer relationships by offering tailored solutions that transform service delivery models.
* Pipeline Management: Develop and execute clear sales action plans to maintain a robust sales pipeline in a competitive environment.
* Tender Expertise: Lead and contribute to successful tender responses for new business acquisition and retention.
* Internal Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the organization, including matrix management, to ensure overall team success.
* Continuous Improvement: Gather customer and market insights to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
