Whether your background is in Psychology, Education, or another subject, if you’re motivated by supporting young people and exploring a career in teaching or SEND, we’d love to hear from you.
Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is helpful, but not essential. More important is your attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn.

What the role involves:
* Building strong, positive relationships with students
* Supporting children and young people with SEND across the school day
* Adjusting learning approaches to meet individual needs
* Assisting with EHCP strategies and individual support plans
* Promoting emotional wellbeing and independence in every interaction
What we're looking for:
* An interest in education and supporting SEND learners
* A degree (any subject considered) or relevant child-centred experience
* Calm, adaptable, and patient approach
* Someone considering a future in teaching or long-term education support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
