The role
* You will support visitor bookings and general office administration.
* You will provide customer service to members and visitors by phone, email, and in person.
* You will maintain records and assist with reporting to the General Manager.
* You will support the smooth running of the office and booking systems.
* You will work closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient and welcoming service.
Working pattern
This is a full time, permanent role. Working hours will be confirmed by the employer.
