Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the private sector.
They have an opportunity for a Domestic Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to join their team covering areas around Reading, Kennet Vale, and Wokingham, providing work close to your local region.
Consistent work on a contract without an end date, available year-round through the spring, summer, autumn, and winter!
Rates: Service (Annual Safety Check): £22.10 per appliance (boiler & fire)
Repairs: £51 per complete (full van stock and parts supplied)
Linked Repair: £29.75 (during service if repair required)
Long Duration: £110.50
* Materials: Van stock supplied and continuously topped up with all parts provided
* Appointments: All pre-booked
* Payment: Weekly
* Contract Type: Part-time or full-time, contract without an end date
* Workload: Guaranteed full book of work each day, 8-12 jobs
Contract requirements:
* Van (plain or sign written)
* Gas Safe Registration
* Domestic ACS including CENWAT, CPA1, CCN1, CKR1 & HTR1
* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
* £2m Public Liability Insurance
* Clean DBS
* Experience working on back boiler units, fires, and strong skills in breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics, and repair of domestic boilers and heating systems
