Key Responsibilities:
Acts as a product manager for Salesforce CRM, leading the evolution of our CRM capabilities to align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
Prioritises product and service requirements, develops product roadmaps, and owns the product backlog.
Oversees user testing, directs communications and training planning, and anticipates changes in user needs. Creates product retirement and transitioning plans.
Oversees the implementation of products to the business, including engagement with relevant teams.
Adheres to Corporate Policies and Procedures, including Code of Conduct, Audit Procedures, and any control-related responsibility for financial data entered, stored, or reported via business systems within employees control.
Position Requirements:
Our ideal candidates are those who possess not only the technical skills required for the role but also a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail.
Experience in leading/owning a Salesforce product strategy, including sales cloud, data cloud, and loyalty cloud.
Strong track record of shaping and delivering product roadmaps that align with long-term business strategy and customer value, balancing technical feasibility with commercial outcomes.
Experience in translating complex business needs into prioritised backlogs, user stories, and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment across technical and commercial teams.
Solid understanding of modern data architecture and platform integration.
