Role: Director of Commercial Strategy & Partnerships
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Southampton (hybrid - minimum 4 days in the office)
The Director of Commercial Strategy & Partnerships is responsible for designing and executing commercial growth initiatives that sit alongside core Sales and Marketing functions, with a strong focus on strategic partnerships, alliances, routes to market, pricing strategy, and commercial optimisation.
This is a role centred on creating leverage — scaling revenue through partnership ecosystems, commercial structures, and strategic programmes, rather than through direct sales ownership. The position plays a pivotal part in shaping AVASK's commercial evolution, enabling expansion into new markets, driving partner-led revenue, and strengthening AVASK's competitive position across global services.
Working closely with the Senior Group Director of Marketing & Sales, this role ensures AVASK capitalises on emerging opportunities across technology, services, and international markets through a structured, insight-led, innovation-driven commercial strategy.
