Job Description
We are looking for a detail-focused Composite Operator to join our team in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is vital to ensuring the consistent production of high-quality composite parts used for our ducting components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To assemble composite components including:
1. Tool maintenance & preparation
2. Material cutting and kitting
3. Laminating
4. Vacuum bagging
5. Demoulding and trimming
6. Bonding, fitting and assembly
7. Control of clean room
8. Visual Inspection
9. Handle materials and tools safely
2. To complete the above activities using defined procedures and work instructions
3. To observe and maintain high standards of Health & Safety
4. To ensure that all work activities and records comply with Company Policies, Procedures and Codes of Practice.
5. Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organised workspace
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
* Strong manual dexterity and confidence performing hands-on tasks
* Proven ability to produce highly accurate, detail-critical work
* Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or composite production
* Ability to follow clear verbal and written instructions
* A responsible and safety-conscious approach to work
* Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude

Contract Information: Monday - Thursday (36hrs) £12.95 p/h rising to £13.42 in January 2026.
