In this role:
* You will be the main key point of contact for customers whilst their vehicle is on site.
* You will manage all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership
* Liaising with other departments to provide customers with accurate and competitive pricing for work requirements.
* Handing over and accepting vehicles onto site recording details
* Upsell additional work and documenting all findings
* Contacing all customers personally the day prior for a pre call
* Carrying out duties whilst adhering to Brand service requirements
* Carry out all previous history checks on vehicle to ensure correct work is allocated
To be successful for this position, you will:
* Excellent administration and interpersonal skills to talk through and schedule work through the workshop.
* Be an effective communicator
* Have experience in a highly focused, customer-facing role
* Have had previous relevant experience within the automotive industry would be an advantage but not essential.
* Be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Be organised and have good attention to detail
