Senior Employment Solicitor – Legal 500 West End Firm
We’re working with a highly respected West End practice that has built a strong reputation in employment law. The firm is recognised in the Legal 500 for its specialist expertise and high-profile client base, ranging from fast-growing SMEs to major corporates and household names. Alongside its technical strength, the firm prides itself on maintaining a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and advising on contracts, policies and day-to-day HR issues
* Managing grievances, disciplinaries and wider employee relations matters
* Acting on claims covering unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing
* Running Employment Tribunal cases and, where relevant, High Court litigation
You’ll work closely with an experienced and approachable partner, while also taking responsibility for your own caseload and client relationships.
Requirements
* 5+ years’ PQE in employment law with solid experience across contentious and non-contentious matters
* Strong technical knowledge combined with commercial acumen
* Some exposure to High Court litigation would be useful but isn’t essential
* A confident, client-facing approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
