Customer Service Team Leader

Coventry office

37.5 hours per week – Monday -Friday

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join the team and support the delivery of the very highest standards of customer experience.

Our Team

Working from our Coventry city centre offices which opened this year, you will lead and motivate a team of customer care executives; fostering a positive and collaborative work environment which supports the delivery of outstanding customer service, focused around our core company value – Customer First.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is ready to take their first steps into team leadership and who is already working in a high volume customer contact centre role. Ideally you will:

* Already have a working knowledge of inbound telephony, web chat and direct emails - working to SLA and KPI targets.
* Understand the structure and operation of a customer contact centre, having at least 3-5 years' experience and/or have worked at a senior or supervisory level.
* Have worked in the business-to-business (B2B) customer service sector, either within energy/utilities, although this is not essential.

The role is office based, Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00) – to be considered you must be able to work from the office every day. This role will not require any weekend / evening working
