Commercial Building Surveyor, Leeds Consultancy, Competitive package Your new company A well known and established building consultancy with offices across Leeds, Skipton, and London are looking for a commercial building surveyor to join their team. Based in the Leeds office, you will be joining an already established commercial team. Your new role As a commercial building surveyor within the team, you need to be able to demonstrate that you can prepare and submit applications for consent to local authority planning and building control departments, fire officers, licencing justices, freeholders, etc., as required, and also be aware of the regulations for the Building Safety Act. Contract Administration of various contract types, predominantly JCT, will also be an essential part of the role. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for the role, you will need to hold a relevant Building Surveying degree with strong experience in the following: An ability to communicate confidently with a range of clients Ability to work within a team environment, but also be capable of working independently Experience of building relationships with new and existing clients.
