A well‑run GP Training Practice located in Ferndown offers a genuinely manageable and flexible GP workload with only 27 patients per day, minimal home visits, and extensive MDT support.

Workload & Structure
* 6 sessions (flexible)
* 27 patients per day total (15 morning / 12 afternoon)
* Flexible appointments: 10, 12 or 15 minutes, or a mixture
* GP‑led template – control over day structure
* Admin built into the day with flexibility to complete remotely if needed
* Rare to no home visits – covered by dedicated paramedics and frailty team
* Shared on‑call system supported heavily by Advanced Paramedic Practitioner
* Minimal enhanced access GP involvement (primarily covered by nurses and paramedics)
Clinical Support
* Advanced Paramedic Practitioner plus further paramedic team
* Dedicated home visiting team, including frailty support
* 2 Clinical Pharmacists + 2 Pharmacy Technicians
* Specialist Nurses and HCAs
* Full PCN MDT, including Social Prescribers, Care Coordinators, Digital Coordinators, Teenage Counsellor
* Significantly reduced GP admin and home visit burden – only clinically relevant work reaches GPs

Qualifications
Must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
