Key Information
The successful candidate must speak English to an appropriate standard.
The candidate must be available outside normal working hours as part of a standby rota, with a standardised standby payment.
Enhanced DBS Check required.

Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop staff across Children in Care Teams x 2 and Future Directions Teams x 2.
* Strategically plan and drive forward services, ensuring they meet and exceed national standards.
* Manage staff, budgets, performance and quality of care in all forms of homes for children.
* Oversee the day‑to‑day running of both service areas and report on performance.
* Provide visionary leadership focused on the needs of children and young adults in care.
* Support managers and social workers to achieve the best outcomes for children, young adults and families.
* Maintain a solution‑focused approach, consistently questioning whether services are good enough for the child.
