This role involves coordinating multiple teams, managing complex project portfolios, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. Programme Strategy : Develop and implement programme plans aligned with organisational goals, including scope, success criteria, and delivery timelines. Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and progress. Strategic Planning : Support IT planning and prioritisation based on business value, balancing short- and long-term needs across regions. Portfolio Oversight : Manage multiple related projects, monitor progress, address risks, and optimise resource allocation. Process Improvement : Establish scalable programme management processes, governance structures, and reporting tools. Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain clear communication with senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams. Continuous Improvement : Facilitate lessons learned and promote consistent delivery practices across teams.
