About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Secondary Sales to lead new customer acquisition and expand Tes’ presence in the UK secondary school sector. You’ll manage a team of Business Development Professionals, driving sales strategies and cross-selling Tes products to existing accounts, including small Groups.

âś… Design and execute strategic plans for new customer acquisition
âś… Drive cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
âś… Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate growth
âś… Monitor market trends and refine sales strategies
âś… Ensure exceptional customer experience and advocate for secondary schools
