Location: Ideally you will be based in the Central Belt of Scotland.
Overview
We are looking for a Service Engineer to work with sprinkler systems. This role invites you to enter or return to the sprinkler industry and manage a range of maintenance tasks across multiple buildings.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for PPM and small works projects across a few buildings
* Servicing all types of valve sets
* Carrying out 5 point flow tests on fire pumps
* Conducting general service checks
Qualifications
* Experience with Wet, dry, alternate, deluge and pre-Action valve sets (essential)
* Experience carrying out 5-point flow tests on sprinkler fire pumps and performing general service checks (essential)
* Plumbing/Piping knowledge and fault finding on sprinkler systems (essential)
* Full UK driving license covering a regional role (essential)
* Sprinkler Installation Level 2 qualification (desirable)
* Previous experience in Commercial/Industrial buildings (desirable)
* Experience with small works installation (desirable)
* Understanding of electronic reporting (desirable)
