Purpose of the role
To support Brook to diversify and grow income through the sale of its education and wellbeing work, contributing to the financial sustainability of the organisation. The incumbent will identify, develop and maintain effective partnerships with education providers, local authorities, businesses and other organisations that support young people while acting as a persuasive advocate for Brook and its service users.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop and maintain effective and successful partnerships with a range of education providers, local authorities, businesses, and other organisations who work with and support young people.
* Act as a persuasive advocate for Brook and its service users.
* Support Brook to diversify and grow income through the sale of its education and wellbeing work.
Essential Criteria
* Awareness of issues affecting young people, especially in the area of sexuality and personal relationships.
* Strong communication skills required to work with a diverse client group, including those with complex needs such as disability and communication difficulties.
* Keen interest in the welfare of young people and their concerns.
* Supports the aims and work of Brook Services.
* Understanding of equality and diversity principles.
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Employment Details
* Contract: Permanent
* Location: Bristol or national
* Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (eligible for 4‑day week after probation)
* Salary: £26,227.50 per annum
* Closing date: 26th May 2026
