My well established Manufacturing and Distribution client are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their team due to expansion in this busy and growing company. Duties:- * Manage incoming enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. * Ensure all customer enquiries are addressed in a timely and professional way to maximise opportunities for business conversion. * Drive profitable sales while maintaining the company’s standards for quality, professionalism, and ethical trading. * Manage each enquiry through to its conclusion, ensuring customer needs are fully addressed. * Prepare and issue accurate quotations in a timely manner and conduct appropriate follow-ups to support process. * Actively seek and identify new business opportunities, while remaining open to other potential revenue streams. * Perform all necessary administrative tasks associated with customer queries and order processing in an organized and efficient manner. * Support additional duties within your capabilities as requested, including covering for colleagues during periods of absence or high demand.
