The RoleWe are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, assist students with their learning, and help create a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support students individually and in small groups to enhance learning
* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
* Provide tailored support for students with additional needs
* Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff
What We’re Looking For
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable
