Maintenance Lead Commutable from: Telford, Shifnal, Newport, Stafford, Cannock, Wolverhampton, and Bridgnorth£50,000-£55,000 + 4 on 4 off Shifts (7am-7pm) + Overtime + Training + Company BenefitsExcellent opportunity for someone to play a key part in the growth and continuous improvement of a department within a well-established company. This a new and exciting opportunity due to their ongoing success.In this role you will be responsible for establishing key engineering processes and maintenance programs in order to improve production and reliability on site. This includes people leadership, maintenance planning, data analysis, understanding 5s standards and problem solving. The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced within a maintenance environment and have a recognised Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) Apprenticeship or an ONC/HNC or a degree. Level 3 City and Guilds will be considered with significant experience.
