This opportunity would be ideal for a Technical Architect, Project Architect or Delivery Architect with a strong background in the residential sector and confident using Revit to deliver detailed production and construction information.
Package:
* £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience

Office:
London (Old Street area)
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Duties:
* Lead and coordinate technical delivery on complex residential and mixed-use projects
* Produce high-quality production and construction information (RIBA Stages 3–5)
* Collaborate with internal and external teams during Meetings and technical reviews
* Liaise with contractors and consultants during project delivery
* Contribute to Business Development by supporting strong project outcomes
* Mentor junior team members and assist in technical upskilling across the studio
Requirements:
* Strong experience delivering residential or mixed-use schemes, ideally large-scale
* A background in Revit-based technical design and documentation
* Familiarity with construction detailing and building envelope packages
* Confident in leading Meetings and engaging with a Client Network
* Effective communicator with excellent team coordination skills
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite advantageous
