We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor to join our Exeter office. Team Role
* Assist professionals in delivering projects at all stages.
* Support in preparing professional reports and advice.
* As your confidence grows, operate more independently, providing strategic advice aligned with your professional background.
* Pursue your professional qualification alongside practical experience.
Individual Duties
* Coordinate detailed design information.
* Prepare specifications, obtain tenders, and draft contract documents.
* Liaise with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
* Contribute to meetings and document preparation.
* Handle contract administration, valuations, and certifications, including chairing meetings.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Skills and Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying.
* Aspiring and driven to achieve APC.
* Valid UK driving license.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willing to travel by car or public transport.
Knowledge of
* MS365 and Teams.
* JCT / NEC Contracts.
* UK Building Regulations and standards.
