What you'll bring
* 10+ years in alliances, partner management, sales, or related fields
* 5+ years in managerial roles overseeing high-performing partner teams
* Proven success in developing SaaS service partnerships
* Strategic and analytical growth mindset
* Excellent communication skills
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing end-to-end partner journeys from acquisition to revenue growth
* Familiarity with Martech, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing Agencies
* Experience with medium-sized service providers
* Leadership experience in fast-growing marketing or ecommerce teams
* Existing agency networks and relationships
How you will lead
* Build and manage a high-performing Strategic PDM team for key agency partnerships
* Support your team in pitching, recruiting, and managing mid-market agencies
* Develop relationships with strategic partners through regular engagement
* Address partner concerns at an executive level
* Scale the Strategic PDM strategy and operational model globally
* Collaborate across teams to ensure success
* Develop training and performance programs for your team
* Analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement and revenue
