A fast-growing project and cost consultancy located in Central London are searching for a bright and client facing Project Manager to join their well-established team. The Project Manager will bring experience carrying out pre and post contract duties across project lifecycles within the industrial, commercial office and data centre sector. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a close-knit and socially conscious project management consultancy that have a strong pipeline of projects within the industrial, data centre and commercial office sector. The Project Manager will be expected to support the delivery of projects which are a mixture of new build, refurbishment and fit outs with contract values up £300m. The Project Manager will be joining the project management team which consists of the Project Director, 6x Associate Directors, 4x Project Managers, Junior Project Managers and Commercial Managers. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects within a mixture of sectors, whilst liaising with multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles to ensure projects stay on track to handover. The Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of projects which are located in London and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for: Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the project management team Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Senior members of project management team Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within budget constraints Arranging meetings with clients Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsProject Manager requirements: Experience working for a UK construction consultancy Industrial, data centre or commercial office experience A Full Member of RICS (MRICS) or working towards BSc/MSc Project Management Confident at managing schemes simultaneously Good awareness of pre and post contract stages Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: £55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package 25 days annual leave bank holiday Birthday off Flexible working Work Laptop / Phone Quarterly bonuses up to 18% RICS APC support Strong pension contribution Positive work environment Quarterly company eventsIf you are a Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a growing, successful construction consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
