* Monitor and report on assurance, staff surveillance, work quality, and asset condition checks. Compile reports and analyze trends. Make management recommendations.

* Oversee Non-Conformance Reports and Non-Compliance submissions, monitoring their progression and close-out within set timescales.
* Assist in incident investigations and performance/compliance failures.
* Report on business performance improvement initiatives and recommend actions.

* Knowledge of engineering disciplines and maintenance processes.
* Understanding of assurance and compliance processes, standards, and procedures.
* Investigation techniques and analytical skills.

* Risk assessment and asset reliability monitoring techniques.
* Auditor qualification.

The salary for this Band 4B role ranges from £35,582 to £42,218. This is a permanent position, with a closing date of 28th August 2025. Benefits include discounted travel, flexible working, generous leave, and pension schemes.
