What We’re Looking For: A warm, caring personality (bonus points if you can smile before 9am) Patience levels comparable to a saint or a seasoned parent Creativity, from crafting masterpieces to inventing games on the spot Good communication skills (including the ability to decode toddler babble) A team player who can jump in, help out, and celebrate the little wins Qualified practitioner preferred, but if you’re willing to work towards it, we’ve got your back!
