About the Role This is more than a Front of House role—it's your opportunity to shape the entire audience experience. As Customer Experience Manager, you’ll lead our Front of House and commercial operations, ensuring every visitor enjoys a welcoming, inclusive and memorable experience—from arrival to curtain call and beyond. At the same time, you’ll drive income growth across food & beverage, events, and commercial activity. You’ll: Lead and inspire a vibrant Customer Experience team Oversee all Front of House and show operations Drive commercial performance across bars, merchandise, and events Champion accessibility, inclusion, and outstanding service Act as Duty Manager for performances, ensuring safe and seamless delivery This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our organisation, blending people management, operations, and commercial strategy Why Nottingham Playhouse?
