About the Role
TRC is recruiting a Sales Manager for a leading global manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment (GSE). This business is trusted by airports, airlines, and ground handling companies worldwide for its innovative and reliable solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join their UK team, focusing on selling GSE equipment, building long-term relationships, and representing the business at leading aviation industry trade shows and events.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business with airlines, airports, ground handlers, and logistics companies.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
* Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.
* Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer success.
What Were Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience within aviation, GSE, logistics, or industrial equipment.
* Existing network in aviation or ground handling (preferred).
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Commercially driven and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
* Flexibility to travel across the UK and internationally.
