The Investment Operations team provides administrative support to ensure that activities related to investments and trading go smoothly and efficiently. Be part of a team at the heart of our investment operations, supporting the smooth running of multi-million pound trades and cash movements. On a typical day, you’ll be helping to keep our investment activity running like clockwork — checking and processing trades and cash movements, receiving and responding to emails, keeping our records accurate and up to date, and pulling together reports that other teams rely on. You’ll be working closely with leading financial institutions and you’ll play a part in keeping our files audit-ready and well organised. Alongside the core admin, you’ll also get involved in project tasks. We’re soon to be embedding a new system, and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in project work, alongside the BAU activities. When joining the team, you’ll be given full training on the processes and systems we use. Once you’re up and running, you’ll have the opportunity to undergo a funded study to enhance your investment knowledge and take your career further.
