SUPERVISOR (Barista Experience required)

Key Responsibilities include:
Shift Leadership:
* Open and close the store with care and consistency, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
* Oversee shift operations, keeping everything running like clockwork during busy periods.
Team Support & Motivation:
* Supervise and guide the team, keeping morale high and standards even higher.
* Lead by example to create a fun, focused, and productive working environment.
Customer Experience:
* Ensure every customer receives warm, friendly, and professional service.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Operational Excellence:
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and presentation across front and back of house.
* Monitor the flow of service to ensure timely food and drink delivery.
Training & Development:
* Assist in onboarding and supporting new team members.
* Reinforce company standards and help staff perform at their best.
Stock & Cash Handling:
* Assist with inventory checks and highlight stock needs to the management team.
* Support cash handling duties and assist with till reconciliation at the end of shifts.
Health & Safety:
* Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.

* Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
* A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
