CLASS 2 DRIVER
Shifts: ROTATING SHIFTS, INCLUDING WEEKEND WORKING - EARLY MORNING AND AFTERNOON SHIFTS AVAILABLE 02:00-05:00 OR 14:00-18:00 STARTS
Pay Rate: (Minimum of 12 hours paid per shift & All breaks fully paid)
£16.22 PER HOUR (STANDARD 48 HOURS)
£24.33 PER HOUR (OVERTIME AFTER 48 HOURS)

Day to Day Duties:
Working rotating shifts
Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
Complete 6-7 product deliveries to various stores across the UK daily
Ensure all loads are maintained at the correct temperatures throughout the journey
Safely unload cages using a tail lift and deliver them into stores
Take photos to document successful deliveries
Address any customer concerns and promptly report them to your line manager
Essential Skills:
At least 12 months of experience as a Class 2 driver.
Must hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
Must hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
No more than six points for minor offences (no DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99)
No major endorsements
Strong customer service skills
Desirable Experience:
Familiarity with cage and temperature-controlled deliveries is a plus
Training:
First-day assessment followed by two weeks of training alongside a permanent staff member
