Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare accurate financial reports for internal use. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client billing issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist in audits related to accounts receivable processes. Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing queries.Profile A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have: Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
