Hotel Operations Manager
Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and attention to detail? We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the smooth running of day‑to‑day hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Report to the General Manager and support in managing all aspects of hotel operations.
* Oversee the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality across all areas.
* Lead, train, and motivate department teams to achieve performance and service goals.
* Monitor operational costs and implement efficiency measures.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
* Proven experience in hotel operations management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong background and hands‑on experience in Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* A passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
