Job Description
We are looking for a Resident Services Assistant (40 Hrs) to provide support of the departmental operations and act as a point of contact for residents during their stay. You will be approachable and friendly people person with the willingness support and maintain a close relationship to residents throughout their stay.
This role is a multi-tasking role, and you will be required to be adaptable to ensure that the needs of the residents are always met.
We are currently operating under an exclusive-use booking and therefore the hotel may be operating slightly differently than usual.
