Finance Analyst – 18 month FTC
Yeovil – Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Are you a numbers enthusiast with a passion for problem solving and making an impact? We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Finance team as a Graduate Finance Analyst. This is your chance to build a strong foundation in financial planning and forecasting while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in helping us understand and forecast the financial performance of our business with a focus on P&L. Working closely with colleagues across Finance and other departments, you’ll:
1. Support the planning and forecasting cycle, making sure our numbers are accurate, consistent and meaningful.
2. Help deliver and analyse forecasts, budgets and long-term financial plans.
3. Become a go-to expert in our finance systems, helping ensure smooth submissions and accurate reporting.
4. Work with teams like Supply Chain and Logistics to forecast sales & volumes, ensuring our plans line up across the business.
5. Continuously look for ways to improve our processes and make them more efficient.
6. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, developing the communication skills needed to explain financial information clearly and confidently.
7. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the chance to take on more responsibility and shape your own career path in finance.
