We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing engineers schedules.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets as needed.
* Assist in financial record-keeping using Xero, including invoicing.
* Support the team with various office tasks, contributing to an efficient working environment.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong typing abilities with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
* Previous experience with Xero is advantageous but not essential.
