Duties
* Dealing with all areas of residential property work including new builds, leaseholds, shared ownership, unregistered titles, remortgage and transfers of equity under the supervision of the COLP.
* Supervision and training of junior colleagues/assistants.
Experience
* 3-4+ years PQE.
