Overview

HR Data Analyst to join a Pharmaceutical & healthcare company based in Warwick (CV34). Hybrid role: 2 days in the office, 3 days at home. Salary £42,000 per annum. 11 Month Fixed term contract. 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays). Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 17:00.

Ideal candidate will have strong HR systems knowledge, advanced Excel/Power BI skills, and a passion for data accuracy. You will act as the data expert for the HR team, maintaining and optimising HR systems, auditing and reconciling data, and producing accurate reports for stakeholders. You will support system upgrades and integrations, working with IT, HR, and Payroll to ensure seamless performance. You will contribute to HR & Payroll platform projects by auditing and cleansing data prior to migration, testing data flows, building Power BI/Business Objects reports, and ensuring data integrity post-implementation.


Responsibilities

* Manage and optimise HR data, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
* Conduct system audits and support housekeeping tasks.
* Support upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
* Produce reports using Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects.
* Troubleshoot system issues and act as point of contact for user queries.
* Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to provide data insights.
* Contribute to HR projects, driving system improvements and efficiencies.


Qualifications and Skills

* Experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role.
* Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., I Trent or Dayforce preferred).
* Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficient in Excel and Power BI; experience with Business Objects is desirable.
